Beef Taco Salad

Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ®ground chuck, cooked
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup balsamic dressing
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • Tortilla chips to serve

Instructions:

  1. Season ground chuck with taco seasoning. Combine seasoned beef, tomatoes, onion, cheese, lettuce and dressing.
  2. Add chips and mix well. Garnish with salsa, sour cream, and scallions.
